Ltd. firmly declares that the company is fully compliant with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2021, along with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, as amended from time to time.

The company does not promote, operate, or support any Pyramid Scheme, as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2021 and the applicable Direct Selling Rules, nor does it enroll any person or participate in such schemes in any manner whatsoever under the guise of Direct Selling or E-commerce business.

Munishar Marketing Pvt. Ltd. also does not engage in or promote any Money Circulation Scheme, directly or indirectly, in the name of Direct Selling, E-commerce, or business opportunities, and strictly adheres to the provisions of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

The company operates its Direct Selling and E-commerce activities in a transparent, ethical, and lawful manner, ensuring fair trade practices, genuine product offerings, accurate information, clear pricing, and effective consumer grievance redressal, in accordance with the Direct Selling Rules, 2021 and E-commerce Rules, 2020.

The company further undertakes to comply with all other applicable laws, rules, guidelines, and notifications issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and shall provide such information and disclosures as may be required from time to time.
