Prohibitions

I. Any incentive, bonus, or commission can be paid only if it is directly linked to actual product sales. Payments that are not based on real sales are strictly prohibited.

II. The Distributor or his/her close relatives (dependent son or daughter, parents, or spouse) are not allowed to participate in the multilevel marketing business of any other company. If found, the distributor’s account will be terminated.

III. The Distributor is not allowed to list, advertise, promote, discuss, or sell any product or business opportunity on websites or online platforms where products are sold through auctions.

IV. The Distributor agrees not to force, mislead, or attract anyone by giving false promises or wrong information to buy products or to join the company as a Distributor.

V. Both the Company and the Distributor confirm that they will not take part in any money circulation scheme or any activity prohibited under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

VI. The Company and the Distributor shall not promote or operate any pyramid scheme, as defined by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, under the guidelines issued on 09 September 2016, in the name of product selling or business opportunities.

VII. The Distributor agrees to follow all applicable laws, rules, and government guidelines related to direct selling, including the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, along with all company policies and procedures.

VIII. The Distributor shall not misuse the company’s name, logo, brand, or documents for personal benefit or any unauthorized activity.

IX. The Distributor acknowledges that the Company follows a buyback/refund policy as per applicable laws and agrees not to make false claims regarding returns or guaranteed income.

X. The Distributor shall conduct business in a fair, ethical, and transparent manner and shall always protect the reputation and dignity of the Company.

XI. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Distributor’s account if any clause of this policy is violated, without prior notice.
